Scripture is the authority; Dave is a study aid — see /dave-how-it-works for limits. This page orients five apologetics domains; search, cross-refs, and manuscript depth live on /bible — creation and chronology on /creation and /chronology. Research summaries with confidence labels: /research-articles. Figure anchors: /bible-people. Estate metadata search (not a proof engine): /dncz-search.

Overview prose only — no solved-claim or breakthrough language. Dave cites Scripture and flags uncertainty; hard Q&A shortcuts at /bible-faq. Research cards use Anchor / Synthesis / Range / Open tiers — never a single false certainty.

What Apologetics Is

Apologetics is the reasoned defense Peter describes in 1 Peter 3:15 — with gentleness and respect, not performance or contempt. The Greek word is apologia: a case made with evidence for the hope you carry.

This page orients the five domains below. Search, cross-references, and counsel live on /bible. Creation and chronology research live on /creation and /chronology. Dave's boundaries and pricing are on /dave-how-it-works and /dave-pricing — not repeated here.

Ask Dave Anything

Dave draws on the apologetics corpus, creation literature, manuscript tradition, and Hebrew/Greek tools in DAVAR. Ask a hard question — he cites Scripture, flags uncertainty where it exists, and points you to the text when the text is the answer.

He is not infallible. Conversation limits, trial, and subscription posture are on /dave-pricing. Crisis and pastoral boundaries are on /support.

The Ground Beneath Apologetics

The strongest apologetic is often a life changed by YHWH — "I was blind, now I see." Arguments remove obstacles; they do not replace proclamation or community. Teaching notes live at /sermons; ministry context at /ministry.

"Come now, let us reason together," says YHWH in Isaiah 1:18. Apologetics is taking that invitation seriously.
