2708. καταχέω fut. -χεῶ aor1 κατέχεα epic κατέχευα Pass., 3rd sg. epic aor2 κατέχυ^το Pass., 3rd pl. epic aor2 κατέχυντο I. to pour down upon, pour over, τί τινι Hom.; also, κατ. τί τινος Hdt., attic:—Pass., κατὰ ταῖν κόραιν ὕπνου τι καταχεῖται a bit of sleep is poured over the eyes, Ar.
