ANORTHITE

A‐nor″thite (�), n. [[Gr. αν̓ priv. + � straight (� sc. � right angle); not in a right angle.]] A mineral of the feldspar family, commonly occurring in small glassy crystals, also a constituent of some igneous rocks. It is a lime feldspar. See Feldspar.
