Has″let (hăs″lĕt), n. [[F. hâtelettes broil, for hastelettes, fr. F. haste spit; cf. L. hasta spear, and also OHG. harst gridiron.]] The edible viscera, as the heart, liver, etc., of a beast, esp. of a hog. [Written also harslet.]
