In‐fu″si‐ble, a. [[Pref. in- not + fusible: cf. F. infusible.]] Not fusible; incapable or difficult of fusion, or of being dissolved or melted. Sir T. Browne. The best crucibles are made of Limoges earth, which seems absolutely infusible. Lavoisier (Trans. ).
