Lan″guid (?), a. [[L. languidus, fr. languere to be faint or languid: cf. F. languide. See Languish.]] 1. 1. Drooping or flagging from exhaustion; indisposed to exertion; without animation; weak; weary; heavy; dull. “ Languid, powerless limbs. ” Armstrong.
