Psy″che (?), n. [[L., fr. Gr. Ψυχή Psyche, fr. ψυχή the soul.]] 1. 1. (Class Myth.) A lovely maiden, daughter of a king and mistress of Eros, or Cupid. She is regarded as the personification of the soul.
