‖Suc″cus (?), n.; pl. Succi (�). (Med.) The expressed juice of a plant, for medicinal use. ‖Succus entericus (�). [] (Physiol.) A fluid secreted in small by certain glands (probably the glands of Lieberkühn) of the small intestines. Its exact action is somewhat doubtful.
