Tod (tŏd), n. [[Akin to D. todde a rag, G. zotte shag, rag, a tuft of hair, Icel. toddi a piece of a thing, a tod of wool.]] 1. 1. A bush; a thick shrub; a bushy clump. “An ivy todde.” Spenser.
