Use the Right Door
Private support belongs in email at ruachdavidapp@danczministries.com. For shared setup, use Discord. For anything tied to your account, purchase, personal data, legal questions, or private screenshots, email support instead. For Bible-study questions, use the AI study shell or live chat. RuachDavid is in a controlled external beta: iOS installs use the public TestFlight invite, and Android setup steps live in Discord (#android-beta) for invited testers — there is no Google Play link yet.
Sending a Support Request
Send only what helps. For bugs, include device, operating system, app build if visible, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result. For purchase questions, include provider, checkout email, transaction date, and transaction ID if available.
Boundary
RuachDavid support is not emergency response. Do not use the app as medical, legal, pastoral, or crisis care. If someone is in danger or thinking about self-harm, call 988 or local emergency services.
