Sanctum — Questions and Answers
What the Sanctum is, what the game is, what Ruach David is, and what is live versus still being built. Answered honestly — no hype, no inflated claims about what is ready.
About the Sanctum
The Sanctum is the worship, creative expression, and game development lane of Dancz Ministries — a consecrated space for music, poetry, presence, and a biblical game set in the ancient Near East. Here are the questions people ask most, answered with the same honesty that governs every other part of the ministry.
Common Questions
- What is the Sanctum? The worship and creative lane of the ministry — a consecrated space for music, poetry, and presence, not a concert hall or a playlist. It is also the home of Sanctum of Spiritborn, the biblical game being built here.
- What is Sanctum of Spiritborn? A game set in the biblical world — the ancient Near East, with its real fauna, real landscapes, real historical figures, and real creation science. Built on DAVAR. The world reference is the Creation Atlas; the people archive has 3,403 biblical character entries. See the Sanctum Wiki for the current build state.
- What is Ruach David? The musical and poetic voice of the ministry — original worship drawn from the patterns of creation and offered back to YHWH as praise. Ruach David is also the name of the mobile app (RuachDavid Mobile, currently in iOS TestFlight beta).
- Is there a live stream yet? No. The go-live capability is fully assembled. The first Sanctum stream — live worship and teaching on YouTube and X — will be announced on this page and on the Sanctum page when the first date is set.
- Can I play Sanctum of Spiritborn now? No. The game is in active development. The current phase is Phase 1 (World Reference) — the creation atlas, enemy concepts, animal catalog, and people archive are being organized and reviewed. The first playable proof is Phase 4 on the roadmap. See the Sanctum Roadmap for the full phase structure.
- What is the Dave Arcade Lab? A development and streaming surface where Dave plays classic games (NES, GBC, GBA) to test and demonstrate AI game cognition. Local proof is established; public streaming is staged but not yet scheduled.
- Is the Sanctum connected to the rest of the site? Yes. The community platform (feed, forums, chat, groups), the Bible engine, the Creation Atlas, and Dave are all part of the same DAVAR stack. The Sanctum wiki, the game, and the stream all draw from the same research corpus and run on the same native C runtime.
- How do I follow the development? Subscribe to the Discord beta community, follow the Sanctum Devlog page, and check the Sanctum Roadmap for phase updates. Build notes are published honestly — what changed, what was proven, what comes next.
