5561. χώρα χώρα, ionic χώρη, ἡ, [= χῶρος] I. the space in which a thing is, Lat. locus, οὐδέ τι πολλὴ χώρη μεσσηγύς Il.; ὀλίγῃ ἐνὶ χώρῃ id=Il.
