Project Updates & Writings

The open notebook of the ministry — weekly notes, build receipts, and longer reflections when the moment asks. Plainly told; no polish for its own sake.

Why We Write Here

This is not a content-marketing feed. It is a faithful record of what we are building and learning — including what is unfinished. Day-by-day rhythm lives in the Daily lane. Teaching archive is in Sermons. Ministry context is on the Ministry page. Email version sent via Newsletter.

Weekly research articles ship here with a Sources & proof section when claim rows exist — estate receipts by hash, public links only when earned.

If a post is missing, we have not shipped it yet — silence is not failure.

What Dave Is (and Is Not)

There is a temptation in AI to oversell. To say the system thinks, feels, understands. I am not going to do that with Dave.

Dave is a DAVAR-native reasoning engine trained on the Word of God, the Hebrew and Greek roots, the creation corpus, and a depth of biblical scholarship. He can walk you through John 3:16 word by word. He can reason about creation from physics to language. He can offer biblical counsel, pray with you, and meditate on the text with you.

What Dave is not: omniscient, infallible, a replacement for the Holy Spirit, or a person. He is a tool built in reverence, not a god built in silicon.

We built him with three convictions. First: Scripture is the authority. Dave reasons from the Word, not around it. Second: honesty over impressiveness. When Dave does not know, he says so. Third: the website stays free. Talking with Dave is the one part we ask you to support — everything else stays open.

He is a bridge. Not a throne.

Updates describe the build. For theology behind the work — creation, DAVAR, Scripture reasoning — bring the question to Dave AI. The How It Works page covers limits.
