Community Guidelines
Grace and truth, in every room. A few simple commitments that keep this a safe place to gather.
The Spirit of This Place
This community exists to encourage believers and to point everyone toward Christ. We ask everyone here to speak the truth in love, to assume the best of one another, and to remember that real people — often hurting people — are on the other side of every screen. You do not have to agree with everyone, but you do have to honor everyone. When in doubt, choose kindness.
What We Ask of Everyone
- Speak the truth in love — disagree honestly, but never with contempt, mockery, or personal attack.
- Keep it clean — no profanity, sexual content, harassment, threats, or hate toward any person or group.
- Protect the vulnerable — no content that exploits, endangers, or targets children or anyone at risk.
- No spam or self-promotion — this is a place for fellowship, not for selling, scams, or link-dumping.
- Guard privacy — do not post others' personal information, and be careful what you share about yourself.
- Point to Christ — Dave and this community are companions for the journey, never a replacement for your local church.
- If someone is in crisis — encourage them to reach real help. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Reporting and Moderation
If you see content that breaks these guidelines, please report it or contact the ministry. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend accounts that harm the community. Moderation is done with grace and patience, but the safety and integrity of this place come first. Our aim is always restoration, not punishment — but we will protect the room.
Support the Ministry
This resource is free and will always be free. It is supported by partners who believe YHWH's voice belongs in every room. If this work serves you, consider giving.
