Grace and truth, in every room. These are conduct rules, how we treat one another here. What we believe about God lives on /beliefs; this page is about behavior.
The Spirit of This Place
This community exists to encourage believers and point everyone toward Christ. Speak the truth in love, assume the best of one another, and remember that real people, often hurting people, are on the other side of every screen.
You do not have to agree with everyone, but you do have to honor everyone. The local church is irreplaceable; this platform is a companion, not a substitute. When in doubt, choose kindness.
What We Ask of Everyone
- Speak the truth in love, disagree honestly, never with contempt, mockery, or personal attack.
- Keep it clean, no profanity, sexual content, harassment, threats, or hate toward any person or group.
- Protect the vulnerable, no content that exploits, endangers, or targets children or anyone at risk.
- No spam or self-promotion, fellowship first, not selling, scams, or link-dumping.
- Guard privacy, do not post others' personal information; be careful what you share about yourself.
- Point to Christ, Dave and this community are companions for the journey, never a replacement for your local church or the Holy Spirit.
- Crisis belongs in real help, in the U.S., call or text 988. Do not treat chat or Dave as emergency care.
Reporting and Moderation
If you see content that breaks these guidelines, report it or contact the ministry at /contact. We may remove content and suspend accounts that harm the community. Moderation aims at restoration, not punishment, but we will protect the room.
