THE WAY
A brotherhood for men who are done disappearing
From Vulnerability to Victory. Eight weeks, a small circle of men, and one honest question: what would it mean to stop hiding? You are allowed to be located.
Thus says YHWH: Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. — Jeremiah 6:16
You Are Allowed to Be Located
Most men learn early that the safest thing to do is disappear — to get small, get useful, and never be fully seen. It works, until it doesn't. THE WAY is built on one permission you were never given: you are allowed to be located. You are allowed to be known by name, to be found, to take up the space a man is meant to take up.\n\nThis is not a course you consume alone. It is a brotherhood — a small, committed circle of men walking the same eight-week road at the same time, witnessing each other move from vulnerability to victory. The road is honest, it is structured, and you do not walk it by yourself.
The 8-Week Arc
- Week 1 — Permission: You are allowed to be located. We name the disappearing act and the cost of it, and you give yourself permission to be seen.
- Week 2 — Reflection I: Looking honestly at the story you have been living — the patterns, the hiding places, the survival strategies that became cages.
- Week 3 — Reflection II: Naming what it actually cost — to you, and to the people who needed the version of you that stayed hidden.
- Week 4 — Release I: Beginning to set down what you have been carrying — the shame, the secrets, the self-contempt you mistook for humility.
- Week 5 — Release II: Letting go all the way, in the witness of other men, so the thing you released does not quietly grow back.
- Week 6 — Renewal I: Rebuilding on solid ground — who you are when you are no longer hiding, and what you are actually for.
- Week 7 — Renewal II: Practicing the new way of living until it holds weight — habits, boundaries, and the daily disciplines of a located man.
- Week 8 — Sending: You are commissioned back into your own life — your marriage, your sons, your work, your faith — no longer disappearing, but present.
What Membership Includes
Eight live weekly gatherings in a small closed circle of men who start and finish the arc together. A guided workbook for each week of the arc — Permission, Reflection, Release, Renewal, and Sending. A private brotherhood channel between sessions so you are never carrying it alone for six days. One scheduled 1:1 to set your own direction before the circle begins.
The circle meets: Wednesdays at 19:00.
Membership: Membership is currently free while the first circle forms.
A sustaining contribution that keeps the wider ministry free for the men who cannot yet give.
How Enrollment Works
Enrolling in THE WAY creates your membership and reserves your seat in the next circle. Membership is subscription-gated: enrollment establishes your access, and your seat is confirmed once your membership is active. If the cost is a barrier, that is not a wall — email ryan@danczministries.com and we will make a way. No man is turned away from THE WAY for lack of funds.\n\nNot sure yet? Book a 1:1 first. We will talk honestly about whether this is the right road for you right now, with no pressure to enroll.

A Word on Safety
THE WAY is a brotherhood and a discipleship space. It is not therapy, not counseling, and not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out for immediate help: in the U.S. you can call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) any time, day or night. THE WAY walks alongside that kind of care — it never replaces it.
