Donation Policy
Plain rules for donations, refunds, recurring support, and paid-access boundaries. Giving stays clear.
At A Glance
- Donations support ministry work. They are not purchases of care, attention, or special access.
- Paid access or subscriptions, when offered, are explained separately before payment — currently live conversation with Dave.
- Recurring gifts or subscriptions can be cancelled through the payment provider or by contacting billing@danczministries.com.
- If a donation or payment was made in error, contact the ministry promptly with transaction details.
What A Donation Is
A donation is support for the ministry's work. It is not a purchase of counseling, a guaranteed response, special relational access, or a product entitlement unless the site explicitly states otherwise in a separate, clearly named offering.
Digital service payments do not guarantee personal ministry care, crisis response, or uninterrupted availability. For prayer and support boundaries see /support.
How Payments Are Processed
The public Give page at /giving hands donors to a clearly identified Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes card and checkout details under its own provider terms; Dancz Ministries does not ask you to enter card details into a custom ministry form.
Donor records, receipts, refunds, and follow-up are handled through the checkout provider and ministry support. Do not post payment, account, or identifying details in a public Discord channel.
Restricted Gifts and Refunds
Unless the ministry explicitly agrees in writing to a restricted purpose, gifts are general support for ministry operations, publishing, public site work, digital ministry surfaces, and related mission needs as leadership determines.
Refund eligibility depends on circumstances including provider fees, time elapsed, and delivered access. When requesting a refund review, include the transaction date, provider, transaction ID, and checkout email to billing@danczministries.com.
Tax, Declined Gifts, and Questions
Gifts to Dancz Ministries are voluntary support for the ministry's work and should not be treated as tax-deductible. The ministry makes no claim of tax-deductible or charitable-deduction status and will state any change clearly in writing if that ever changes.
The ministry may decline gifts that appear fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with stewardship obligations. Questions before you give: billing@danczministries.com or the contact options on /support.
