How Engagements Start
Most work starts with a 20-minute Operator Audit. We identify the three highest-friction workflows, separate what AI can safely do from what must remain approval-gated, and choose the smallest paid milestone that proves value. Typical first milestones are intentionally small: a working RAG prototype, one governed AI workflow, a services page and intake path, a deployment repair, or a source-grounding audit. If the milestone works, we expand. If it does not, we stop before either side wastes time.
