Terms of service for the RuachDavid app
These terms explain the current beta boundaries, the limits of Dave as a study companion, and the basic conditions for using the RuachDavid mobile app.

RuachDavid is a beta product with real limits
Some parts of RuachDavid may be distributed through beta programs, invite-limited lanes, or manually coordinated install paths. Access may change, pause, or be removed while the app is being improved.
Use of the app means accepting that the product may still change quickly and that current support flows are part of an active beta process.
- Not a pastor, counselor, doctor, or lawyer
- Not a guarantee of accurate theology or history
- Not a crisis service or emergency response channel
- Not a substitute for Scripture, wisdom, and real human care
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and honestly
Do not use the app to harm others, deceive people, violate law, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
Beta availability
Access can change while the app stabilizes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted beta availability or immediate admission to every testing lane.
Purchases
Store policies govern billing
If the app offers subscriptions or one-time purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play when those stores handle the transaction.
