Company Ops is the management lane for DaveAWS. It points into the authenticated desktop where Dave can track what changed, what needs review, what needs approval, what has proof, and what must wait for Ryan.

The Working Matrix

This is where company work is organized into visible lanes: calendar, revenue, tasks, inbox, support, social, connectors, DNCZ packs, world-data review, memory, Nexus, MemPalace, and operator receipts. The website owns the front door. The Dave API login owns the private session before the desktop opens the gated work.

Approval First

Dave can prepare, summarize, route, and recommend. Anything that touches customers, money, publishing, credentials, or provider state remains approval-gated. The goal is company leverage without losing control.
