Data handling

This plain-English page explains what the public site may receive, what should stay out of web forms and chat, and where to ask for help.

Effective and last updated: April 27, 2026.

Contact, prayer, and support

The ministry can read and respond to messages submitted through public forms or support email. Send only the details needed for a reply.

If a form fails or feels unclear, use direct contact rather than resubmitting sensitive information repeatedly.

DaveAI chat

DaveAI chat may use a session cookie and conversation storage so recent messages stay together and daily limits can be enforced. Do not use chat for emergencies, private records, passwords, security codes, bank details, or anything that needs licensed care.

Analytics and advertising

The current standard is conservative: count basic page and button activity when needed, but do not put prayer text, support messages, donor notes, payment details, or DaveAI prompt bodies into analytics tools.

Advertising pixels, retargeting, or broad cross-site tracking should wait until the site has matching notice, consent behavior, and updated policy language.

Giving and providers

The Give page points donors to clearly named provider checkout. Payment details are handled by the selected provider, not by a custom card form on the public ministry site.

Retention and review

Form messages, support records, logs, and chat session records may be kept while they are needed for response, service operation, security, or troubleshooting.

Questions or deletion requests

If you want to clarify what you sent, ask for deletion where appropriate, or choose a safer contact path, contact the ministry directly.
