The People lane now has a complete 3,403 grouped-entry character wiki intake with 10,230 planned variant slots (1,577 seed and 1,826 review-held). It is entry staging only: no generated art, accepted full sheets, model unlocks, or runtime promotions.

May 2, 2026 - Existing Sanctum art inventory indexed

A 334-row art inventory and local growing viewer now track animals, enemies, people, and avatar proofs while preserving status fields and no-promotion boundaries.

May 1, 2026 - Animal model pilot staging

First animal model pilot pack was staged around an Elephant-first path with strict no-promotion gates.

May 1, 2026 - Avatar creator morph integration proof

Creator controls were validated against live morph behavior with desktop/mobile proof artifacts.

May 1, 2026 - Fossil representative queue and body-plan gap closure

A source-linked fossil queue was created, and the first body-plan expansion gap set was closed at the metadata/tooling layer with no visual or runtime promotion.
