Sanctum Wiki | Roadmap

Sanctum production map with no fake unlocks.

A stage board for the whole game path: concept shelves, wiki intake, prototypes, and pilots are useful now, but only engine-tested work gets gameplay language.

Stage board

Current path-by-path status.

These labels are conservative by design. No path is marked playable without explicit evidence.

Enemies Stage: Concept baseline / Prototype prep. Desert Asp baseline and multiple concept batches are preserved for review.
Avatar Creator Stage: Prototype validated. Morph integration was validated in a scoped creator check.
Animals Stage: Pipeline governed / Pilot prepared. One-model-per-animal policy and queues are active; first model pilot is prepared.
Fossils Stage: Source-linked queue + body-plan gap closure. Concept/brief slices are available for review.
People Stage: Intake baseline complete. 3,403 grouped character entries and 10,230 variant slots are prepared, with identity, art, and gameplay reviews still closed.
Art Atlas Stage: Inventory baseline. 334 existing image rows are indexed across animals, enemies, people, and avatar evidence; no model or gameplay unlocks.
Milestones

What each stage means before a visitor reads the numbers.

Concept

Visual direction, references, and accepted concept sheets are in place for review.

Prototype

A feature behavior is validated in local tooling with screenshot or behavior evidence.

Model pilot

A bounded model-generation or reconstruction pass is prepared with strict acceptance checks.

Wiki intake

Entries, references, and planned variant slots exist as a queue. They do not become accepted art or gameplay until review checks pass.

Art atlas inventory

Saved images are indexed with status fields so raw generations, drafts, references, and accepted sheets do not get blurred together.

Engine integration

Assets or systems are loaded in engine surfaces with local evidence and no promotion shortcuts.

Playable milestone

User-facing gameplay evidence exists and has passed the required visual and behavior checks.
