Roadmap with clear stage labels.
This page tracks Sanctum by stage so visitors can see what is concept-only, what is prototype-proven, and what still needs runtime proof.
Current lane-by-lane status.
These labels are conservative by design. No lane is marked runtime or playable without explicit proof.
What each stage means.
Visual direction, references, and accepted concept sheets are in place for review.
A feature behavior is proven in local/runtime tooling with screenshot or behavior evidence.
A bounded model-generation or reconstruction pass is staged with strict acceptance gates.
Entries, references, and planned variant slots exist as a queue. They do not become accepted art or gameplay until review gates pass.
Saved images are indexed with status fields so raw generations, candidates, references, and accepted sheets do not get blurred together.
Assets or systems are loaded in runtime surfaces with local proof and no promotion shortcuts.
User-facing gameplay proof exists and has passed the required visual and behavior gates.
